People who do this are Doctors, Dentists, Pharmacy people, Engineers,etc.

Being from Minnesota many are engineers or managers with 3m, another 1/3rd are IT guys, and the rest are business owners with a few doctors.

I agree with Amy Beth , find a school with low debt because these days it's not so much about what school you went to ( unless your trying to become something like a doctor or lawyer) but more about having the discipline to finish what you started.

I know a few doctors and nurses with this issue.

I don't sleep 11hours a day because I'm lazy and don't want to work it's because depression honestly Then I add one to my list: see a doctor.  

I didn't read about anyone who was an active duty doctor thinking about transitioning out.
