I realize there is additional paperwork done with the housing authority but am curious in others experience renting this way if they have had any kind of bad or aggressive behavior experienced from any of the local township personal when doing these type of rentals.Thanks.T.K.

If someone does a no call/no show, their number/email gets added to a contact named "Blocked Blocked" in my iPhone, which just happens to be blocked....If they demonstrate irresponsible behavior on first impression, why would I ever saddle myself with them as a resident?

David, I would recommend that the money partner record a lien against the property both for his protection and that of the partnership to "strip" the equity displayed publicly.Fair split would be deal and investor dependent, however, a very common arrangement is 50%/50% split.
