Yes I’m so disappointed with RWN.

You never know who you will meet at the event.I have been disappointed at some events where it is all sales and no real "meat".

Shoot, Christian Austin, for some reason that tag didn't show up on my radar - I've ran into this post almost by mistake - so glad I could have some bearing on your consideration - hope my advice won't disappoint. ;)I'm probably a rarity, in that I was born in one country (Israel), migrated to another (Australia) and then married into a third (Japan) - so for me, investing out of state, country or continent was a no-brainer.

This is a very disappointing posting from a very unqualified borrower.

If you are buying homes in the bottom 10-20% of value in a city and expecting to have a positive experience- especially from a distance, in most scenarios investors are going to be disappointed.  

I'm just keeping my expectations low to avoid disappointment.

That was a big hit and disappointing but the leads were still the best for me and my business. 

I am concerned and a bit disappointed at the moment as the "sample properties" i looked at during initial engagement (before I got loan qualified) seem to have ARVs very close to sale or pending prices.
