I'd like to grow in my own way however the ball is in my wife's court with regards to her continuing to grow and demonstrating behavior that would allow me to step out of my current role/lot in life. 

The crash was only ten years ago and we’re already starting to see some of the same behaviors.

Not looking for deals either :)I also have no debt outside of my persistent behavioral problem with AMZN.

There's no parole for federal prison, but the slumlord will earn 54 days off for good behavior for each year he prays, jogs on the treadmill, does his situps, and moves his bookmark through Tony Robbins's books.

The Crime Free Multi-Housing program has been extremely effective in my city and we can usually get tenants evicted within a week for criminal behavior/activity.

People definitely make a lot of excuses why X doesn't happen, spend their money on non-income producing endeavors, and engage in other counterproductive behavior if wealth is a primary goal.

It will be tough times for those I see posting comments on BP about how they BRRR to acquire as many properties as they can in as short of a period in time as they can because the get rich quick Guru said this is the way it's done.There will always be the irrational risk takers getting extremely overleveraged and then there are those of us that expect this behavior to exist in the markets and prepare to use it as a tool to our advantage when the time comes.   

If someone actually has a conviction, they have been at it for a long time and aren't likely to change their behavior.

This was all normal behavior.
