I am coming from a lender's perspective and someone that grew up downstate IL and spent a lot of time in the Western Suburbs...you might have picked one of the toughest cities in American to start developing in.

I have a beautiful home in the mountains of western NC which is a very successful Airbnb.

First Western Federal and NASB (North America Savings Bank) will do non recourse loans for IRA.

I would suggest that your $50k is not going to go as far as you may hope unless you look to areas like eastern Canada (not a fan, overheated currently and not driven by ANY economic fundamentals), or western prairies MB, SK, and AB.

For something similar to Grandview I'd go with the western part of the county (west of 78th St) or the Turner area.

Hernandez i rarely see the spreads in the new western deals but I'm interested in your construction contacts.

I don't own stock in the company I just use the product and for me I really like them I would not go back to ICE vehicle other than maybe a beater pick up to do dump runs.. or if I was back in the Timber business I would be forced into a big desiel rig as much of what I did was in the boonies and when I say boonies this is not east coast boonies this is western US were we might go 30 to 50 miles one way back into the forest to look at timber sales

The US is way ahead of the rest of the western world in curbing inflation, yet home prices haven't collapsed. 

In Western WA, home prices are extremely high.
