Hi everyone,I am curious if my TSP can be transferred to a Self Directed 401k or Solo 401k.  I would love to hear everyone's experiences.

What's your plan for the rehabbing and such of a BRRRR if you work a day job in SD?

IMO, both the Tenant and yourself as the new Landlord should request (in writing...asap) the Seller provide an accounting of those SD funds (along with any deductions to those funds). 

[Note that the SD City Council went left along time ago, those 2 'Republicans' are uber liberal, so that (R) means nothing.]And this topic is about what a new or average investor would/should do as far as investing in or out of that state, and in that regard, I think the negative views are pretty relevant.

Most on BP have SD IRA's but I think it is simply more common and most do not understand or are not aware that a solo 401k is better - can anyone rebute this?
