That is unbelievably low. 

Your regular friends won't have any input about tenant issues, or suggestions with rehabs, or about screening, or if they do-- it's probably just emotionally based on not helpful. .... so when all your spare time is devoted to real estate, who can you talk to that's just as obsessed and addicted?...

This attitude goes all the way to their 'executives'.When I asked for help in expediting my first and only claim payment, they played the game of pushing the blame for the slow process onto my property manager and I, which was unbelievable.

Greed & addiction leaves one wanting more.

The paycheck is one of the most addicting things in the world.

And, like an addict, the city and NY have become addicted to the huge tax.

This makes being a landlord unbelievably stressful and I feel your pain.
