Just like it’s crazy to me there are ZERO regulations on relocation companies (who regular cheat agents out of commissions they absolutely should NOT be entitled to) and crazy to me that getting your RE license has such a low barrier of entry (waaaaay too many terrible agents muddying the waters in my neck of the woods.)
