Hello @Sharon Thorson, I am in the same predicament as well, looking for a decant program for keeping track of things.

At the end of the day we are all striving for financial freedom and to be out of the rat race (Kiyosaki,2009), working for someone else will keep you away from your long term goals.I am in the same predicament, in that I work a 9-5 which funds my R/E investments, but my heart is awaiting  the day I can afford my own medical coverage and laugh at the thought of a "qualified retirement plan".
