i'm a little paranoid so i might get the mold tested. actually my own residence was found to have mold in the attic but it wasn't harmful so i guess its still there maybe.thank you again Jim!

It is acknowledging that people can be unstable mentally and may use technology to harm you (not necessarily physically). 

Then there is no harm, no foul.

As long as there is freedom, real true actual freedom, that means there will be poverty, because real freedom means the ability to do less, to make self harm, THAT is freedom, the ability to choose the lessor path, and reap the consequences of such. 

If you want to lower your DTI there’s no harm in that, but don’t over-leverage yourself.

If one state comes out with some really harmful policies, you can hopefully weather the storm if your investments are spread out.

Theyve said it 3 years ago & they’ll say it 3 days from now too lol.While yes, it’s always possible that the economy could experience some unexpected harmful event &  a recession or market correction could come, if you look at real estate now in kern county the fundamentals & market conditions are much more stable & different than pre- 2007/2008 crash conditions. 

There is no harm in starting small and making sure this is what you want to do.
