Last time I talked to Joe, things were beyond ugly.Aside from the cautionary tale, this is yet another way that real estate just keeps on providing fruit from my labor.

More work involved... more issues to resolve... interesting situations to navigate.Sounds like you found title companies that prefer the low hanging fruit.

So, having that first lesson learned, I could put it into practice years later, and avoid yet another big loss if I had put all of my eggs in that "flip" basket.

@Eric Turner  you got it right its MLM.. end of story.. and like MLM there is product there are course.. in MLM there is product too  soap  and baskets  and all other kinds of products.. you have 5 links and ACNits all basically the same.. those at the Very VERY tippy top of the pyrimad make massive money.just like Seminar guru's make MASSIVE money .. and most of us I don't care what you say if we could trade places and make 10 million a year getting on stage talking real estate to those that would pay us to listen who is going to turn that down.

This has been fruitful and led to more opportunities for my partners and I.

If you can do it, then I would recommend it as long as your risk tolerance to put cash in one basket.

On the other hand what would happen if the county cracked down on truck parking, to me it seems like you may have all your eggs in a single basket of questionable legality. 

We are reaping the fruits of our labor and enjoy helping others do the same.

If not, you might have all your eggs in one basket and it might be time to consider liquid ... whether by saving or selling off.
