How people adapt must a mastery of the fundamentals in my opinion will determine who will come out on top.That last sentence was fairly dramatic, but reading comments from 4 years ago and watching Hurricane Florence dump 40+ inches of rain this year and Harvey 40+ last year has me terrified for the superstorms of 2020.

Too much carpet and vinyl rolled floor will dramatically increase your turn cost. 3rd thing to look for is exterior maintenance items such as water drainage issues, trees hanging over house, fences and external buildings.

Regulators obviously don't want rent to escalate at such a dramatic rate, outpacing wage levels but the landlords of course will be wailing about how an attempt to align rent price increase to inflation (and up to 8% it seems which is higher than inflation of 3%), will somehow likely trigger their bankruptcy.Would you rather cash flow (and barely in some markets) but experience stagnant or declining property values?

But having any statute of limitations at all, I believe, would dramatically deflate the education and student loan industries in a necessary way, and steer the country towards more STEM education and the types of degrees that the marketplace demands.I believe that creditors, in the private marketplace, would then eliminate the opportunity for students to take on crazy amounts of debt for uneconomical career choices.
