If it is an emotional support dog, ask for documentation from a real doctor in the area. 

@Janani Kalpathi we have had good luck with nurses and doctors.

I’m an accountant, I see clients personal and business tax returns, they pay so much less taxes than my clients who are attorneys and doctors.

And tell them if they want to keep the dog, they will have to get a note from their doctor saying it's needed as a companion animal for their disability, and they can keep it.  

Both have been told that if there is a medical reason that they would not be using feminine products (and thus not be flushing them) to please provide a doctor's note for consideration.

The 300 and 310 units are both the same tenant - a doctor's office who also has a rehab center (the previous owner installed an elevator for them 1 year ago).Tenant 105 signed an extension for 3 years to 2020 last month at the same rent terms (3% annual increases from the current rent).Unit 200 is a dentist (lots of plumbing installed specifically for them). 

Find a doctor, be a JV Partner, find a rehab and fix and resell, use the doctor's money, split the profits.4.

Never met a doctor or an attorney who gave refunds of any kind.
