update: I went and looked at the home today and took pictures the roof is in really bad shape the house could use new carpet the kitchen is fairly new with granite counter tops.

I also suggest stopping short of building a full kitchen but rather put in a kitchenette with a counter top convection oven and a 1 or 2 burner cook top.  

We install like-wood high-quality vinyl flooring, new HVAC systems, new tin roofs, granite counter tops, etc.

We just used them for kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops.

I enjoy building countertops.... but it would take me a couple days.  

Are there contractors that do everything other than foundation like roof & plumbing , electrical, interior & exterior paint, cabinets & carpets, laminate, counter tops, etc.

I have walked through the property personally with my net sheet and will be spending 100% of my time renovating it myself minus a few projects like granite countertops and painting the exterior.

As a relatively new investor i do not know the best places to buy larger materials ( cabinets, countertops, etc ... ).

No roof leaks, kitchen has tile countertops.

For example, repairing a broken or unsafe countertop with similar materials may be ok; replacing a formica countertop with granite probably not.As to how often the property may be redeemed, many factors affect that; is there mortgage, are the previous owners alive, etc.
