That's a whole other story, so I'll spare you the details, but in short, I am starting my own business in order to get the money to pay a lawyer to fight for the right of me and my babies to be with each other.

When every spare cent of income has to go to holding on, even a pebble worth of a ripple can push things over the edge.

Either keep your budget under $1000, or grab some spare things from around your own home to throw in a few places.

I had my numbers run and I can safely afford a 100k home with room to spare with a budget.

But we still have not had our kitchen light bulbs replaced, months after the initial request, and we still have the window unit installed in our spare bedroom, which poses an insulation and safety problem (since to my understanding it was not secured for long-term use).

I recently ran into a problem where I have a property under contract that I am wholesaling, but there is no way for me to show the property to my buyers because neither the owner or the tenant are willing to spare some time for me to show the property.

My passion outside of baseball, for 3 to 4 years, has been real estate and I spend my spare time roaming the MLS, calling/emailing REI veterans, and talking to my grandfather about buy and holds.
