How can you say that someone is exempt from responsibility for their bad decisions because they were pursuing a get-rich-quick scheme.

Some people can fool some of the people some of the time....there is not a guru on the face of the earth that is going to fool me like that....There is NOTHING about this that is about protection Michael, it's almost a ponzi scheme!

The other items are trivial in the grand scheme of things IMO.

They have system in place where they feed off the new agents through profit shares.So when a brokerage charges fees for fat splits to new agents retirement funds are being fattened onthe upline.Many agents that gravitate toward lower fees are struggling agents or are investors.Investors can get you in hot water sometimes trying hair brained schemes to make money.Struggling agents either are part time working a JOB or work full time but don't have many deals close each year.Both make the agents require alot of training and time because they are inexperienced or they get rusty doing a deal.

Over the years, some of the activities people have utilized to game the system include: a) Voting schemes in our bulletin and forum systems, where users would vote for one another to raise their influence.b) Inviting and creating fake users on the site to gain referral influence.c) Posting garbage in our forums, blog, and bulletin systems to gain points.d) Starting topics just to get points.e) and so on4 - The current system doesn't have a way to distinguish between those people who post a lot and those people who post things that others find to be valuable.

Save yourself money and stay away from guru schemes like this.

But the first thing you need to understand is that there is not a get rich quick scheme out there.

I have learned after being on the Internet so much made on real estate attracts those kind of people and do not get suckered into their scheme.  

$1000 is nothing in the grand scheme of things!
