We replaced the carpet and pad at the tenant's expense.We allow small dogs in some properties dependant on the finishing.  

I also stress to them the fact not to use abrasive scouring pads to "clean" stainless steel. 

All with garages, rooftop decks a 4/3.5, plus parking pad for two card and a small yard, they will be unique in the area for sure, especially with the 4 off street parking spaces and small yard.
