I've bid on properties that obtain 18-25 offers the same day and these are for the most part, all cash, no inspection, close in 10 days, if you want it fine, if not they move to the next offer, no leeway or room to budge whatsoever.

I really don't understand why some people feel the need to come on here and taunt fellow landlords.Your entire post makes no sense whatsoever because the landlords that are concerned about their otherwise well qualified tenants would be anyway, regardless of the size of their mortgage.And what the heck does my capex have to do with my cash flow, slick?

If you have to pull teeth to get them to comply with filling out an application, especially after telling them they need to, they will just be a regular pain in the rear - even if they aren't hiding anything.
