I've arranged for my PM to take a smaller percentage since I'm still the one handling bookings, doing small maintenance and keeping up with supply inventory.A better example is the service I get from my housekeeper at my new rental in Tennessee: she does the post-stay walk-through, cleans, and provides or maintains the inventory of supplies (she provides quite a bit: trash bags, toilet paper, basic toiletries, dishwashing soap, hand soap; the things I provide, she'll let me know when supplies are low, and I'll have new items shipped to her house).

Man, you are in the MOST EXPENSIVE MARKET IN THE UNITED STATES when it comes to the cost to generate a motivated seller lead.In LA, it costs over $200+ in advertising to make the phone ring (one lead),  and your "marketing cost per deal" can easily be $5,000 (you'll need maybe 20 leads to bag 1 deal).

They can be the ones responsible for communicating with guests and sending check-in information to them ahead of their arrival.Checking the space: A co-host can be a good way of double-checking things inside the property – whether it’s the cleanliness of the bathroom or whether more clean tea towels are needed in the kitchen.

I bagged them and cleaned them up a couple weeks ago today she did it again and I went out there she was spraying them with the hose I asked her to stop she said she was doing it to stop them from blowing on her property I told her by wetting them she makes it harder for me to clean them up she said she doesn’t care then I should get out here and clean them up!!

Just on hold waiting for the tea leaves to move.9% interest is when I would stop investing in new investments.  8% I would sharpen my pencil and recheck everything.  7% I would compare investment options 1/2/3 against each other.
