Yes, there is a cost to join an elite group of high net worth investors...but when I looked at what I pay a wealth investment manager in annual fees, or what I pay in taxation in long and short term capital gains in stock portfolios..and etc, it was cheaper to join Freedom Founders.Try this, ask your "wealth manager", "what is the rate of return on my portfolio?".......

With my current full time jobs(my 40 hour work week & being Husband & Dad), I am finding it would be hard to give as much time as I would like to rehab, so I want to start with Wholesaling to get my feet wet, network & learn, while building capital to fund rehab projects as time allows.2)If I do set up an LLC, is it better (given my interest), to keep the LLC taxation or be taxed as an S-Corp?

Bill - If your interest in this LLC will throw off UBIT (due to the loan) < $1,000 , your IRA or Solo 401k will need to report it on 990-T and pay the tax at the trust rates.
