I was addressing due diligence as to collateral, didn't mention anything else.A loan package:It should begin with it's inception, application, appraisal, verifications of employment or income, liabilities/assets are nice if applicable, survey if they had one, credit report, letters of explanation if any, copy of the sales contract, title coverage with lender's coverage, HUD-1, disclosures in settlement, insurance binder or policy, tax report, copy of note and deed of trust after filing.
