After paying the fees and suffering the losses of them being wrong, you could have just bought some index funds and done better.

Prices may be lower but if there is not a huge draw to the area income will suffer.  Ive

Stockton has a suffering fire dept, police dept (waiting for the you to post the article that Stockton has more police than every before, because that's what they tell you)  and is STILL struggling with its finances. 

I say "made-ready" because oftentimes overall property occupancy is suffering because ownership lacks the funds to turn units.

For instance, there is a fairly large Federal government presence in Everett with the Naval Station and it's staffing and budget is disconnected from the fate of the tech giants in Seattle.However, I agree with your analysis that if Boeing continues on its path of engineering labor reductions in Everett, A & B rents will suffer.
