My wife and I are having a debate about an issue at a rental property, so I was hoping to get some advice.Problem: Soft water tank started leaking at the bypass valve.

If you do not rent to a applicant or are forced to non renew or evict those "people" simply find another soft hearted landlord to abuse and take advantage of.

I used to think every car needs 500 hp, and 14 secs quarter miles were for grandmas, now soft seats, 30 mpg highway and room for my black lab are more important.

What I liked about it was the hardware with soft closing drawers and the ability to design the kitchen online. 

I can't believe how quickly I've gone soft since moving to SD last June :)
