Next is the coaching calls, when I joined in 2018 they didn't have the robust coach/mentor system they have now.

I just sent out my resume and will be taking my exams next week. 

My dilemma is when to jump into real estate due to my lack of robust savings and inability to tap into my primary residence's equity.
