I don'tknow what tp tell you other than be persistant and keep track of all comuications with dates, times and person talked to.

Develop patience, persistence, and always being aware of my emotions in order to ensure they are left out of each deal.

Also I would be more concerned with how consistent and persistent you are over what you drop in the mail box.
