In the United States, many of existing policies are far more dangerous than any of the communist utopistic beliefs as in communism, individuals would have some sort of class conciousness that would prevent individuals from trying to create harm to other individuals.

That said, If my property manager is serving to harm my cash flow, they are out, if they hold it steady, they have a customer until I think I have found someone who could increase my cash flow, and if they increase my cash flow, I will not let them go.I will not disclose the rate my Property Manager provided us, but it is quite competitive, and the fees for finding tenants, tenant renewals etc. are standard.When we build out models, we factor this cost in and still require a 10% CoC return.
