This also looks like no fuss no muss type property, too (newer, not a large footprint, etc).

Your friend being a car lot would need to check the soil to make sure they do not have environmental contamination.

We're looking for a surveyor now to figure out if this is possible, and if we'll need to design the footprint on such a way to achieve this maximum disturbance.

Hi Denver area peeps.Anybody have recommendations for a company that does Phase 1 environmental assessments?

If they get their way they could also try to strong arm investors into adding solar to all of their units and if they refuse they deem the property as "environmentally hazardous".
