Not going to elaborate on my particular situation but its legal and fine, I just got that from kicking *** and fighting my way through all the cost war bull **** that we all face in the industry and trying to make things more economical for myself.Get out there and throw some elbows and meet the 100 people you will have to meet before you find this discounted guy for class A work and keep it all legal.....The worst case scenario is that (just saying) you bought the places for to much money and didn't leave enough room for this work to be performed so to speak.

I have wondered if converting a pool into an elaborate water feature such as a pond with a waterfall and some surrounding vegetation and rock features would be an alternative to the cost of complete dismantle/removal.

Larger projects are traded using more elaborate models in many instances and they still suffer from GIGO problems.

I know many millionaires which these days does not take a much.. and while I don't know any that I would call Mr. or Mrs Frugal but not all of them spend like crazy.. one partner of mine had 10 million in personal homes 2  and a Ferrari in each one.. his wife though bought costume jewelry and on short flights never went first class.. but then again she would never get on the company jet.. too small and afraid of flying basically..
