Purchase price was about 90k and both halves of the duplex rent for about $2000/mo combined.People with a credit score above 550 and without bankruptcies or evictions or weird circumstances like pitbulls and 10 kids won’t even apply because they have other choices.I get 0-2 groups at any open house and no on-site applications.Whereas I have a more expensive rental across from a college campus and people have applied and paid rent and sec dep the same day.

The timber areas are often is mountainous areas where the soil depth is shallow and lots of bedrock underlayment, not exactly good areas to perk.

Fico means little by itself, and until just now it could be easily inflated via Authorized user tradelines.So check for the depth of the report if you want to get very detailed.Check for history across how long, etc.If they have a recent history of lates, they are short on money.
