In situation like this its better to completely demo it as sometimes it not worth rehabbing a property with multiple issues and it would be better if you can do a new build based on whatever the zoning allows.

You likely want to arrange a demo with the company to make sure it will link up to your direct booking website to your liking.

The cons of one platform might bother somebody else, but not you so it's important to try out, or at least demo a few options before settling into any solution in particular.
