The idea being it is more complex to sue, there are lots of frivolous lawsuits and the Judge does NOT throw them out, Right to a trial, lawyers lie under oath and direct clients to do so, the BAR does nothing it is all corrupt.

I've used it for years now, and while I don't use the service for precisely what you're describing above, I know it does give you access to a TON of data, all of which is fairly easy to search.Last I checked - I believe they offered a free trial, so I'd suggest starting with that.

(which I think is what @James Wise is talking about).One thing to keep in mind is that "Poor People" (yes I know, Escalades and nails and etc...) will be happiest (stay longer) in a neighborhood where they have the services they need, such as clinics, liquor stores , pawn  shops, buy here pay here, rent to own--type of shops, vs. higher end things, like Neiman Marcus, where they can't afford to buy anything.

However, this could also be a huge opportunity to get your feet wet and start learning through trial and error.

The truth is, you could read 100 books and still not know enough because certain things need to be learned through trial-and-error.

I Was looking at something similar to prop stream and came across realflow seems very similar witha 30 day trial.. i think i might take them up on it.
