Some clients have chosen to recreate the calculations in the patent (you can find it on google) in an excel doc with their own personal numbers.

My personal retirement would have not been much in the long run, as I have chosen to stay home with my kids.

A friend of mine who runs a large property management company likes them a lot and would have chosen them over AppFolio if he was starting his company today.

Arguably, more properties well chosen and cash flowing are safer than having one cash flowing property.
