Your incentive can be as simple as a two dollar branded gift (coffee mug, local map, pen and paper set) or just an offer of drinks and snacks along with your spoken request to fill out your very short (1/2 Page) feedback questionnaire -or even you just asking a question or two and writing down the answers while your "guests" snack and drink.

I like history and I enjoy drinking, thus I try to find historical bars when I travel.

I included cozy bedding, cards and board games for all ages, outdoor chairs, marshmallow roasting sticks, as well as a welcome pack including a variety of hot drinks and s'mores ingredients for the cooler nights, which will be coming next month. 

I do recommend staying away from the food/drink businesses, but it's all a matter of personal preference.

Quit drinking the koolaid.

Luckily we had just recently changed ours from “no smoking” to “no smoking, no underage drinking, and no use of any illegal drugs of any kind”, but otherwise Airbnb wouldn’t even consider covering us.
