You can hire your VA in the beginning to to only clerical work, i prefer to have someone without Real Estate experience but with some sales skills, you have to put in writing what you are looking for, start to do some video training and start doing some interviews.Also try to hire someone overseas. the prices are much better.Good luck By the way, i have been working with VAs almost 3 years and have been great
