@Shanae Williams - Taking pictures of abandoned homes works well in areas like Berkley, Royal Oak, Warren, etc.. but you could be doing a lot of research and leg work for small amount of leads.

Want to start the 90 day challenge and been having a lot of difficulties with getting financing as a Canadian who's taken the past two years off to travel the world, as well as having only bought and sold new developments without closing.So guess my question now is where and how do I find owner financing properties in Austin? 

I seem to run in to same issue with being marketed to for funding, but since I am:Canadian, do not have Social Security Number as I am not American, but I do have ITIN # and 3 entities in the USA, 2 in OH and 1 in FL....
