Buying best in sectors at specific price targets while they are on sale.

I feel like the BRK.B has a significant moat as well as hedged by an array of great companies in different sectors.  

There is a lot of money flowing into these sectors but there are opportunities to be found if you're off the beaten path a bit or are willing to find deals off market.

In general, many American sectors work harder than the rest of the world.

Yes I know it's poverty worldwide but I'm speaking about US Poverty in predominantly Black Neighborhoods.

I have mixed view points on tax payer money funding private sector loans and the overall health of it, but I do still use them occasionally and have one closing at the end of month.

Keep in mind we are both W2'd in the Tech Sector and our goal is to build up our cash flow.

What I've seen here is, maybe investors from the mainland is flocking to invest in Kaui, Maui, and the big island (Waikoloa/Kona/Waimea) ; although these three island doesn't really have many diverse jobs other than tourism (unlike Oahu that has military and tech sector as well).
