I know I will eventually be looking into Disney but I've always been curious about overall annual cashflow being that the market is based on nothing but the theme park market.

Can anyone suggest a good WordPress theme for a lead generation site?  

The common theme is continue your self education, learn.I love to pick up a book and read, but I am curious about how other investors are getting educated, and what you find has helped the most?

I have them e mail me docs then I fed ex them back or I go in at time the buyer will not be there.I have successfully done a performance suit one time in Oregon... 2 plus years close to 20k in legal fees and AND this is the big and since I was paying cash 120k  I had to put that money in escrow the WHOLE amount and leave it there for 2 plus years as we litigated it.I won... but ONLY because the seller was a no show at court.. and judge had no choice to rule for me..

So I didn't do a nautical or beach theme I did a highly upgraded tropical theme.Removed all carpet and installed tile, granite countertops with a brick backsplash.
