Not a major issue, per se, but a convenience.I think what you will ultimately find though is that no matter the calculator/model you are using, the art comes in the actually assumptions you are making.

A great example of a this is the property located in White Settlement - https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/126-N-Redford-Ln-White-Se...The main house is a 3 bed/2 bath, and there is a completely separate guest house/ADU with a full bed and bath.

Both are self employment income subject to SE tax.
