It's basically ending up to require the same length of time as traditional financing. its not the lender its the closing attorney.. in attorney states they get bogged down and they have to hire a title abstractor to basically do the title searchs at the courthouse by hand.the reason we get same day service is our title plants on the west coast are digitized and are in the Philippines.. so they do the search's over there at night :)  West coast title companies in each county have had their own title plants/ mirror of coursehouse ever since I got into the business in the mid 70s.. 

I read this in a book if you're going to start a business you need to plant a strong foundation.

Do they plan to sell the travel trailer to live in bricks and mortar, or do they plan t PARK the trailer on your property?

The cost of filtering sewage is higher than producing drinkable water and you are adding more water to a treatment plant process than you are paying for.Yes, sewage backing up into your house and poisonous gases are now serious threat.Just my 2 cents

Once the Ford plant is redeveloped, this will be a really great area too and will have better transit connections.PM me if you need boots on the ground....

For the most bang for your buck I would look at the outskirts of Tampa (Lutz, Wesley Chapel, Town & Country, out towards Plant City, or down on the peninsula by Macdill Air Force Base) as these places are often cheaper but still command decent rent.

My dad who passed away was in real estate all of his adult life and while I do not know the ins and outs of real estate he planted a seed in my life.

So do you guys cut trees down or plant them only?
