Schools are a big driver of home values.Also, the hedge funds are slowing down some, they were probably keeping the prices propped up in areas that are mostly rental.

there are plenty of ways to cash out in your LLC but if you really need that specific agency debt and you need to switch it to your name then it really is not that hard your talking about a few hundred dollars more at title for them to do it my suggestion is BB&T like @Addam Driver said or somthing similar
