@Shane Pearlman, I have heard from Robert Kiyosaki on the Real Estate Guys podcast and just got Jim Rickard's Book "The Road to Ruin" to learn more about the impending correction/crash.

I won't identify him because I think that would ruin his business for what could be a one time "just me" incident.  

This guy is an idiot he is a real estate agent and he just ruined his rep and his career no-one is going to trust him now.  

After some trying times in my young life and ruining some excellent opportunities I took a modest position working for one of the national window treatment companies in the states, where I still am today.
