thanx Jon. on a side note, i hear a lot about the due on sale clause. ive personally, not as a investor, have inquired over the years about purchasing several properties, thru owner financing, and in each case, the seller got the bank's permission to owner finance. so, that being said, why is it that investors dont wanna notify a bank to get the bank's permission?

This person converted the store into a regular apartment without my permission. he built a regular kitchen (stove, fridge, cabinets etc),  a regular bathroom(shower, toilet ,sink) and added sheet rock to divide the living room and a bedroom.
