does anyone know how to build a shower pan without having to buy a fiberglas/acrylic or whatever molded pan?

Had that blown up, nothing would have panned out the way it did in this town.

It works wonders to hang smokey clothing over a pan of white vinegar to neutralize the odor and make them smell fresh again.  

Look for burn marks on floor coverings, window sills, fireplace mantle and bathroom vanity.To reduce the smoke smell, wipe down the entire apartment with a vinegar wash and set pans of white vinegar around the place.

They had HELOCed and refied that house and use the money for "investments" (none of which had panned out) and vacations.

You'll need pots/pans, baking utensils, bottle openers, oven mitts, and all sorts of random stuff.

Even despite the conservative expense numbers, the cash flow just doesn't pan out like I thought it would prior to analyzing these numbers.I guess my question is, being new to this and assuming I'm running these numbers correctly, where does this deal go wrong in regards to poor cash flow?
