Hey guys,Just thought I'd add some interesting observations from being in the real estate business for 5 years and seeing over 500 transactions. 

Told me about helicopters and other stuff they so called observed coming to my home.

When I attend these meetings should I just jump in on any conversations or sit back and observe?
