Seems like a good technology portal, relatively diligent. 

They have good technology and an online portal for viewing information, good underwriting practices for tenant screening, and seem to handle maintenance pretty well. 

With the change in technology over the last few decades, I’m thinking it might be better to replace it with a wireless system rather than fix the old one.

Take advantage of technology: The use of technology has made the real estate business as easy as it has ever been.

So do large accounting firms and technology providers.
