A common theme i'm noticing is that they are requiring that i use their title company.

All in the same month we are having our wedding!

BUT we have seen some exceptions with exceptionally themed condos.

When we were newly weds we were making great money and banked over 5k a month. 11 years later that money just keeps growing.

Theme properties and large - think 6+ rooms - out there can make a LOT.

I've always liked the look of separate vanities, but I wouldn't do it unless:1) It fit the style/theme of the house and worked well with the other bathroomsof2) There was ample bathroom counter space elsewhere, such as in a dedicated makeup vanity where a mirror/lighting was still available. 

 My first protege (who has done great) and I have an agreement to cover for each other for such events as vacations, weddings, etc.

We give them the med anyway in some cases because their “allergy” is more of a sensitivity or a misunderstanding of the drug’s side effects & will do them more good than harm.

Thomas -I am in Orlando where the demand is year-round for vacation home rentals due to Disney and the other theme parks primarily.
