I mark them as spam as soon as they come in.And I would guess they messaged first asking if the dates are available even though they clearly are.

@Michael Seeker mainly south end. there have been a couple I looked at in clifton and 1 in jtown.Im interested in the west end but I don't know enough about the area yet to tackle that without a partner who is experienced over there

If you go to the "Network" tab at the top ofthe screen, you can type in "Huntsville, AL".From there, you can connect with people in your localmarket.Just remember, don't spam anyone as that is against community guidelines.Hope this helps!

If the basic blocking and tackling is correct (good pics, good description, allows for pets, priced right, listed on the correct sites, PM is responsive to inquiries) then you need to pull the rip cord on price.
