We've largely shed the reputation of "The Poor Man's Vegas" from about a decade ago. 

I don't want to be a slum lord, so we may sit this out until the market turns and buying opportunities abound.In my mind, this has to turn soon, as energy prices are rising again, good paying jobs are hard to come by, and the oil industry is shedding people buy the thousands, which really affects our local market here. 

Anyone been down this road that can shed some wisdom?

Hope this sheds some light on the differences of service between them and an actual full service PM Company.I will also add, the second VRBO we ended up staying in had NO smart TV';s and they were out within the hour to install ROKU and then a week into staying there, the upstairs flooded the downstairs, we called Pinnacle MGMT on a Sunday at 530PM and they had someone out in 40 minutes.

Perhaps someone on here who frequenly does owner carry to the tune of about a dozen properties, year after year, can shed some more light.Obviously there are not that many people that have this problem.
