If buildings are outdated you are talking big bucks to get fix up exterior and interior improvements to a national brand format and image.

I would find another site to use, Zillow has some super outdated stuff on their site and misses other active stuff.

The units are a bit outdated and could definitely be updated.

I looked at similar homes and counted up the blocked out dates between now and the end of August and that alone is coming in around 60-70 nights, though I'm not sure if that's a smart way to do it. 

Staying flexible to allow them to give you their move out date with a couple weeks heads up and then you would advertise for a booking after that date- giving enough time for cleaners to get in.

For your first one, start with something easy, something that's outdated and just needs freshening up.

I saw a house that is completely outdated.

Also, the units are outdated: old kitchens, carpet, etc.

I am new to the forum and the search I did regarding NJ mentors were outdated. 

A lot of the Cordova homes have that 80's or 90' feel of being outdated.
