The key is not to discriminate on ethnicity, sex, age, sexual orientation, disability ect. 

As a general rule, males are somewhat more oriented to abstract reasoning.

For MLS access, you also have to complete a 3.5 hour New Agent Orientation and Training at a REIN office, which mine is scheduled for June 13.So that about sums up my experience with this process so far.
